Kaufland Chisinau-Botanica Centru (Elat)

Kaufland Botanica Centru is the chain’s busiest store in Chisinau, at 99/2 Decebal Boulevard next to Elat. It also has the longest opening hours in the network – open until 23:00, an hour later than the other locations.

The range is the chain standard: fresh food, a meat and cheese counter, an in-store bakery, drinks, household chemicals, textiles and homeware, plus the K-Classic, K-Bio, K-take it veggie and PARKSIDE own labels. The Kaufland Card XTRA works here with weekly coupons.

Customers rate the store positively – many call it their favourite in the city for its layout, cleanliness and range, and the fruit and vegetables are often singled out as fresh. The main complaint is crowding: queues build at the tills during peak hours. Separately, several customers ask for meal vouchers to be accepted through a digital wallet rather than only as a physical card.
