Car Wash Dumbrava

The 'Dumbrava' car wash is located on Nicolae Milescu Spătaru Street at the junction with Ginta Latină, in the Ciocana district. It is a neighbourhood hand wash that has been operating in the same spot for many years: exterior washing, interior cleaning, full packages and interior deep cleaning.

Customers rate the service positively, and some have been washing here for almost a decade. The negative reviews, however, are serious and recur over time: several customers report damage found after the wash — a cracked screen bezel, melt marks on a windscreen trim piece, plastics bleached by overly aggressive chemicals — and, above all, staff refusing to accept responsibility.
