The chain has its own discount card, although the terms on which it is accepted differ between outlets. At the time of writing cleber.md displayed a maintenance notice, and updates are posted on the chain's Facebook page.

Customers are highly satisfied. Reviews return to the homely feel of a local shop, to responsive sales staff and to a range that covers daily household needs without a longer trip. Recurring complaints exist too: the shelf price not matching the amount at the till, the electronic discount card not being accepted at this particular outlet although it works in other shops of the chain, and stock boxes left in the aisles that block a pushchair.
