Gama Decor is a balloon and event decoration workshop and shop at 13 Vasile Alecsandri Street, in the Centru sector. Trading as Bulmacom, it covers helium balloon compositions, numbers and figures, latex and foil balloons, decorative bows and car bows, surprise boxes and piñatas, plus themed decor for birthdays, christenings, weddings, gender reveals and corporate events. Maternity discharge sets and personalised invitations form a separate line. Orders are placed through gama.md or the Facebook and Instagram pages, with delivery in Chișinău.
Customers are highly satisfied. Three motifs recur most often: delivery on the promised date, compositions built around the customer's own wishes, and care for detail in the maternity discharge sets, which several reviews single out. There are serious complaints too: a small order confirmed the previous evening was not fulfilled during a peak period, and another customer writes that the decor delivered did not match the reference image and that she had no receipt to back her claim. It is worth keeping the order confirmation and the reference image in writing.

Am comandat un decor simplu pentru un spațiu limitat, de dimensiuni reduse, pentru botezul copilului, pe 30 august. Pe 29 august seara am reconfirmat toate detaliile: data, ora și locația. Pe 30 august, decorul nu era. Ni s-a spus că acesta „a scăpat din vizor” din cauza valului de evenimente de la sfârșitul lunii august. Înțelegem că a fost o perioadă aglomerată, însă este inacceptabil să fie uitată o comandă mică și confirmată, mai ales pentru un eveniment atât de important. O situație foarte neplăcută și neprofesionistă. Nu recomandăm.

Gama Decor mi-a făcut decor perfect cu livrare la destinație. Totul a fost făcut cu atenție la preferințele mele. Recomand.

Лучше делайте скриншоты своего заказа иначе ничего не докажете. Даже чека нет. Нас убеждают что мы сделали такой заказ как на фото, но даже он не соответствует референсу. Выглядит дешево и тускло. Никому не советую. Максимум что предложат в ответ - скидку на следующий заказ, но это не исправит испорченного праздника.
