Probably the best gym I’ve ever been to in the world. Holiston is more than a gym — it’s a wellness sanctuary set in the middle of a forest. The facilities are next-level: a salt room, sauna, and ice plunge that make recovery a dream. The Technogym equipment is top-tier, the aerial yoga studio is beautiful, and the sound system is genuinely awesome — perfect if you love a bit of motivation through music. I also had an incredible massage with Anastasia — deeply relaxing with excellent technique. Truly a world-class experience in the heart of Moldova.

Wonderfull place to have a good training and to relax afterwards in the hammam/sauna/ pool. Friendly staff on all levels!
