I went there on a Sunday night to possibly get a membership, but the lady from reception didn’t even let me LOOK the gym first. Very disappointing.

Poor services. Waiting for nothing too much. Got the spa area and they had aerobic classes, no peace at all. Very bad service at the bar as well. They didn’t even find my appointment in the beginning. Not a spa, just a public bathroom but on “pretending to be good” price

Bad spa experience : Cold jacuzzi! Offered tea was full of leaves floating in it, and the bartender didn't like it when we asked to fix this. Price of the Spa is stated as 120 euros on the website, but actual price is 150 euros. And sales person refuses to sell at the stated price. Massage provided is good though.

Disgusting attitude! The gym is located in the basement, pipes are overhead, ceilings are low. The attitude is bad both by the managers and at the reception. The price doesn’t correspond to reality!
