Unbelievably rude staff. I asked for a day pass and the whole experience was honestly bizarre. The two women at reception were smirking at each other and saying things like, “what do you think, should we give her one?”, like, what?? Then they asked for my ID and even took a photo of me, all for a one day gym pass. On top of that, I wasn’t allowed in because I didn’t have a separate pair of “inside” shoes with me. Unfriendly, rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily unwelcoming. There’s another gym just down the road.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and told me that in order to work out there I needed to bring a second pair of shoes. I see others have also had this negative experience at this gym. If you’re a tourist staying around there I recommend going to another gym

Hilarious. You need an extra pair of shoes to use this place. What business traveler/tourist is going to have an extra pair of shoes?? I'd pass on this place. Go to the gyms a few blocks away - less stuck up and function like proper gyms you find in international cities unlike this joke.
