This once WAS one of my favorite stores to shop at. HOWEVER, after they changed the kind employees (who brought me a cart when I had an armful of items and who assisted me accordingly near the dressing room), it isn't the same anymore. Now this Azart has hired employees not too far off from those hired at the stores in the MallDova, even though this mall was recently opened. After leaving the fitting room, I was the only customer who they looked at suspiciously and couldn't let me go until they did a thorough security check on me and scanned each of the items that I chose to proceed to buy--- I even explained to the young girl at the fitting room that these (the clothes that I didn't give back to them) were for me to buy. This has never happened to me before at this location and I returned because the customer service was great the first time (I wonder where those kind employees went), but now I'd say that you should probably explain to your new employees that if they're set on doing a security check on one customer, they should do it for all the customers leaving the fitting room. Wouldn't it be fair this way? Also, one of the cashiers at the front sneezed multiple times and didn't sanitize her hands and touched all of my clothes (even though she wasn't the cashier who had me pay-- she was only the organizer). I've been sick a couple of times before on the same day after people sneezed in my direction in the past, and by sick, I mean 2-3 weeks, so now, instead of being able to take care of my clothes, I'll have to leave for the germs to die off (approximately 10-14 days; 2 weeks to be safe), lest I'll get sick. I would advise you to put a bottle of hand sanitizer and ask your employees to not immediately touch all over the customer's undergarments after sneezing multiple times. Some people's immune systems are more sensitive than others, unfortunately. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Мне подарили сертификат в Azart и я уже несколько месяцев не могу его использовать. 07.03 я пришла в магазин на Дечебале, выбрклк вещи , на кассе мне сказали, что сертификат у них не проходит, ехать надо только туда, где указано на сертификате. (странно , но ок!) 07.04.2026 я поехала в Port Mall. Потратила почти час: выбирала вещи, мерила одежду, определилась с покупкой. На кассе мне сообщили, что из-за каких-то обновлений сертификаты временно не принимаются. Очень странная ситуация: наличные и карты принимаются, а подарочные сертификаты — нет. Через 2 месяца ( 27.05.2026) я снова пришла в этот магазин, надеясь, что проблему уже решили. Но мне опять отказали и сказали, что сертификаты снова не работают. Возникает логичный вопрос: зачем продавать подарочные сертификаты, если ими так тяжело воспользоваться? Для клиента это выглядит как полное неуважение и пустая трата времени. Очень разочарована сервисом. Попросила мне больше не дарить сертификатов из ваших магазинов!
