Satisfied customers write about the quality of the production and deadlines being met, and several mention installation carried out on time, with explanations along the way and a warranty provided. On the other side, several reviews raise the same point \u2014 not the product, but the fitting: windows set crooked, insufficient insulation at the sill, a draught around the frame in winter \u2014 and the difficulty of getting the fitters back for corrections.
