Centrul Republican de Diagnosticare Medical\u0103 (IMSP CRDM) at 13 Constantin V\u00e2rnav Street in the Centru district is Moldova's largest public outpatient diagnostic centre, with over three decades of activity; it was created at the initiative of minister Chiril Draganiuc and equipped from the start with Western and Japanese technology. It has no inpatient beds. It works on weekdays and Saturday mornings under the motto \u201eCome today, served today.\u201d<\/p>\n
Laboratory tests of all kinds are done here, including PCR, general ultrasound, echocardiography and Doppler, endoscopy, functional diagnostics, radiology and CT, MRI, mammography and nuclear medicine; the consultative unit has a urologist-andrologist, internist, cardiologist, neurologist, gynaecologist, hepatologist, allergist, rheumatologist, mammologist, endocrinologist and ENT. With an F-027\/e referral, investigations are covered by CNAM within the contracted ceiling; the rest is paid at the cash desks in the lobby, in lei only. Booking is online or at the information desk; results are collected in person.<\/p>\n
