Centrul Medicilor de Familie nr. 9 at 23 Uzinelor Street in the Ciocana district is the primary-care unit of the Ciocana Territorial Medical Association for the lower part of the district; the other is CMF No. 8 at 3 Voluntarilor, and specialists and investigations are at the Consultative-Diagnostic Centre at 80 Vadul lui Vod\u0103. The Ciocana community mental-health centre works in the same building. The association announces weekday hours until the evening and Saturday mornings.<\/p>\n
Registration with a family doctor, consultations, vaccinations, procedures and home-visit requests are all handled through a single information number; psychiatric certificates for driving licences are also obtained here at the mental-health centre, by appointment.
