The Chișinău branch of the Moldova Red Cross Society is the local unit of the national humanitarian organisation, a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. In the capital the branch carries out social and humanitarian work, runs community projects and coordinates the volunteers who take part in them.

People facing hardship who need humanitarian support through current programmes, older residents and vulnerable families come here, as do those who want to volunteer, donate or take a first-aid training course. The type of help available depends on the projects running at any given time, so the conditions are best clarified directly with the team.

The branch is at 27 Strada Andrei Doga in the Râșcani sector. Phone: +373 60 392 869. It is a good idea to call ahead to find out which programmes are open, which documents to bring and when you can be received.

[3827,3746

211
post-24234","listing","type-listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","listing-category-organizatii-internationale","listing-category-institutii-publice-si-ambasade","features-vorbim-romana","features-govorim-po-russki","location-rascani

Organizații internaționale","Instituții publice și ambasade","Vorbim română","Говорим по-русски","Râșcani","Optional","Optional","Optional
