It approves clinical guidelines and protocols and oversees the public medical institutions under it.<\/p>\n<p>Residents turn to the ministry with petitions and complaints about the quality of medical services, access to treatment or the actions of a particular facility. The ministry&#039;s Green Line handles quick questions.
