It checks how public money and state property are raised, managed and spent: the state budget, local budgets, social and health insurance funds, state-owned companies and externally funded projects.<\/p>\n<p>It does not provide services to individuals directly, but its audit reports are public and widely used by journalists, researchers and local authorities. Citizens and organisations can report suspected misuse of public funds, and audited bodies receive recommendations they are required to implement.<\/p>\n<p>The Court is located at 69 \u0218tefan cel Mare \u0219i Sf\u00e2nt Boulevard in the Centru district, in a mid-twentieth-century landmark building.
