The Honorary Consulate of Slovenia in Chisinau represents the country in Moldova through an honorary consul. Unlike an embassy, an honorary consulate has limited consular functions: it supports economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries and acts as a local point of contact.

Slovenian citizens in Moldova can turn to it for assistance, information and useful contacts, and the consul can sometimes help with preparing or forwarding documents. Passports and visas are normally handled by the embassy. The Slovenian embassy accredited to Moldova is in Bucharest, at 32 Speranței Street, tel. +40 21 300 2780.

The consulate is located at 23/13 Mitropolit Petru Movilă Street in the Buiucani district. Phone: +373 22 234 813, and the email address is listed in the contacts below. Honorary consulates often work by appointment, so call or write before you visit. Contact details come from the diplomatic list of Moldova's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and should be verified.

[3826,3748

258
post-24954","listing","type-listing","status-publish","hentry","listing-category-embassies-consulates","listing-category-public-institutions-embassies","features-romanian-spoken","features-russian-spoken","location-buiucani

Embassies and consulates","Public institutions & embassies","Romanian spoken","Russian spoken","Buiucani","Необязательно","Необязательно","Необязательно
