The Honorary Consulate of North Macedonia in Chisinau represents the country in Moldova through an honorary consul. Unlike an embassy, an honorary consulate has limited consular functions: it supports economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two countries and acts as a local point of contact.

citizens of North Macedonia in Moldova can turn to it for assistance, information and useful contacts, and the consul can sometimes help with preparing or forwarding documents. Passports and visas are normally handled by the embassy. The embassy of North Macedonia accredited to Moldova is in Bucharest, at 6 General Nicolae Dona Street, tel. +40 21 210 08 80.

The consulate is located at 202 Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard (Kentford building, 3rd floor) in the Buiucani district. Phone: +373 69 195 619, email: ConsulatMacedoniaMd@gmail.com. Honorary consulates often work by appointment, so call or write before you visit. Contact details come from the diplomatic list of Moldova's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and should be verified.

[3824,3746

209
post-24963","listing","type-listing","status-publish","hentry","listing-category-ambasade-consulate","listing-category-institutii-publice-si-ambasade","features-romanian-spoken","features-russian-spoken","location-buiucani

Ambasade și consulate","Instituții publice și ambasade","Romanian spoken","Russian spoken","Buiucani","Необязательно","Необязательно","Необязательно
