It is activated as soon as payment is confirmed and is provided continuously for the period paid for. There is no physical delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>Cancellation before activation<\/h2>\n<p>If payment has gone through but the service has not yet been activated, we refund the full amount.<\/p>\n<h2>Refund within 14 days<\/h2>\n<p>Within 14 calendar days of activation you may cancel and receive a full refund if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the service was not actually provided \u2014 the listing was not activated or the paid features do not work;<\/li>\n<li>you were charged twice, or for more than the stated amount;<\/li>\n<li>the payment was made without your consent \u2014 in this case please also notify your issuing bank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the service works as described and you have simply changed your mind, we will still review your request within the first 14 days and will normally accommodate it, less the part already provided.<\/p>\n<h2>After 14 days<\/h2>\n<p>The service is provided continuously, so no cash refund is made for a period already used. Instead we offer, at your choice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transferring the remaining term to another company, if you have more than one;<\/li>\n<li>pausing the listing and using the remaining term later;<\/li>\n<li>crediting the remainder against another service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Monthly subscription<\/h2>\n<p>You may cancel at any time after the three-month minimum term. Charges stop and access remains until the end of the month already paid for. No refund is made for the current paid month.<\/p>\n<h2>Failure on our side<\/h2>\n<p>If the site was unavailable or paid features did not work for more than three consecutive days through our fault, we extend the term by the number of days lost. At your request we will refund proportionally instead.<\/p>\n<h2>When no refund is made<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>the listing was removed or blocked for breaching catalogue rules \u2014 false data, prohibited subject matter, fake reviews;<\/li>\n<li>you did not supply the materials without which the service cannot be provided and did not respond to requests for more than 30 days;<\/li>\n<li>the complaint concerns promotion results: we guarantee the listing and the working of the plan&#8217;s features, not the number of enquiries, search engine positions or traffic volume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to request a refund<\/h2>\n<p>Write to <a href=\"mailto:inbox@yell.md\">inbox@yell.md<\/a> from the address used at payment. State the company name, the date and amount of the payment, and the reason.<\/p>\n<p>We reply within <strong>3 working days<\/strong>. If approved, the refund is issued <strong>by the same method used for payment<\/strong> \u2014 the same card or account \u2014 within <strong>10 working days<\/strong>. The time it takes to appear on your card depends on your issuing bank and may take up to a further 30 days.<\/p>\n<h2>Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>Before asking your bank to dispute a payment, please write to us.
