Centrul de Informare Turistică de pe bulevardul Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt 83, în sectorul Centru, este punctul de sprijin pentru cei care vor să descopere Moldova. Centrul este administrat de asociația de turism receptiv ANTRIM și este legat de portalul moldova.travel, unde sunt descrise regiunile țării, drumul vinului, turismul rural, traseele de drumeție și ciclism, festivalurile și sfaturi practice despre vize, transport și cazare.
Vizitatorii sunt foarte mulțumiți: primesc hărți, pliante și recomandări concrete despre locuri de vizitat, cazare, restaurante sau transport, inclusiv pentru drumuri spre Tiraspol. Turiștii străini notează că personalul vorbește foarte bine engleza, iar numele Ana apare în mai multe recenzii. Centrul primește și grupuri de studenți pentru prezentări despre turismul din Moldova.

The staff is really professional and friendly. The girl to whom I talked speaks excellent English and provided information about many tourist attractions in Moldova.

If you’re exploring Chișinău, definitely stop by the Tourist Center! They have lots of useful flyers and information about trips and things to do in Moldova. It’s also air-conditioned, and there’s a nice little spot to sit down and take a break. Definitely worth a visit!

I was able to have the experience of a lifetime in Moldova, thanks to the people that work here. They were all very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. That was the first rating I gave. But unfortunately now, I was highly disappointed the second time I went. I absolutely bring it from five stars to two stars. I'm so disappointed that I had to edit my initial review to add this information. I was keeping in touch with the information center before arrival and once I arrived, I was completely ignored. Also when I arrived, I was speaking with someone there and we were going to arrange a trip for me to go to the northern part of Moldova when I got back from Ukraine. When I arrive back, she is nowhere to be found and nobody would tell me what was going on. What's worse is I was also told to simply do research. First time I went it was great, I don't know what the heck happened with them but I was extremely disappointed. Either they had no knowledge about the northern part of Moldova, they simply didn't want to help me, or they simply didn't care. Who knows maybe it was all three reasons but I was definitely disappointed and hurt. All the pictures that you see are from the first time that I went to the information center and was pleased. I just figured it's not right to add photos of me being ticked off there.

I went this morning with my family and Ana was really kind. She answered all our questions and wanted to help us all the time.
