Cleber is a chain of household goods stores, and the shop at Hîncești highway 72 is one of its outlets in the Telecentru sector. The shelves cover everyday home needs: tableware and cutlery, pots and pans, household goods and cleaning products, home textiles, kitchen small-ware, decor and a seasonal section that expands noticeably before the winter holidays. The format is that of a neighbourhood home market, and the chain runs its own discount card. At the time of writing the cleber.md site showed only a maintenance notice, so current offers are published on the chain's Facebook page.

Customers rate the service positively. The range and the prices are the most frequently praised points, and several reviews say staff help to locate an item and even assist with translation. Complaints, however, cluster around three themes: the tone of staff at the till and on the floor, a gap between the shelf price and the amount on the receipt for items taken out of promotion, and loyalty card forms available only in Russian.
