Ovico is a Moldovan perfumery chain with shops in Chișinău's shopping centres and in Bălți, backed by the online store ovico.md. The range covers women's and men's fragrances from designer labels to niche houses, gift sets, atomisers and refills, as well as make-up. The shop at str. Calea Ieșilor 8, Zity Mall in the Buiucani sector has consultants on hand to help pick a scent or a foundation shade.
Customers rate the shop positively, though opinions differ. Reviews praise friendly consultants who make recommendations and find exactly what the customer wants; at the same time, a few shoppers complain of being hurried out before the mall's closing time or of rude treatment.

Eram la mall și nu am putut să o găsesc pe consultanta mea preferată, Lolita, acolo. A trebuit să merg la Ziti Mall să o caut. Au găsit exact ce îmi doream și au făcut totul cu atâta grijă și dragoste pentru munca lor. Mulțumesc pentru astfel de servicii. Aș vrea să o văd din nou pe această consultantă la mall, este mai convenabil să ajung acolo.
