The customet service is horrible. Today have been served by representative Irina in branch on Dacia,and actually, the problem was not resolved, but more of those, we have been kicked out of the store. They are rubbing you on the pay as you go plan. Caution . Please ,pay maxim attention, guys.

To be served, you have to respect an electronic queue that is managed manually by calling the corresponding number in the waiting line. But, often, it is observed that the numbers are not called in the generated order but randomly. In the same way, the operators themselves prefer to serve selectively. My number was not viewed separately - once I stayed all the time in front of the display. Although someone from the representatives confirmed that it was mentioned and the system recorded it. But when ?! If sometimes, the numbers jumped randomly without expected the order or line order for the representatives. However, to wait 40 minutes and not have a representative ask you why you are sitting without being served, it seems to me a total lack of respect for the customer.

e-Ticketing, fast 2 minutes waiting time, friendly service. One particular dimension Orange could certainly improve is the competitiveness of the handsets they are selling. Usually these are quite obsolete (2 generations behind state of the art) and expensive (60% more expensive than AliExpress). Ultimately we had to visit a store next door to buy a more powerful handset than those sold by Orange.

Really slow and absolutely unoptimized service. The ticket based system is great by itself, but why for the f's sake we've been waiting for 30 minutes our turn to just to know that the information on their site is wrong and the powerbank model we wanted to buy is not available.
