e-Ticketing, fast 2 minutes waiting time, friendly service. One particular dimension Orange could certainly improve is the competitiveness of the handsets they are selling. Usually these are quite obsolete (2 generations behind state of the art) and expensive (60% more expensive than AliExpress).
