I was genuinely impressed with the service I received. Alex, the staff member who assisted me with activating a prepaid internet plan, demonstrated exceptional competence and professionalism. He immediately understood what I needed and handled everything quickly, calmly, and without any unnecessary questions. I was especially grateful that he spoke English, as I don’t understand Romanian or Russian. This made the whole process smooth and stress-free. There were at least three staff members in the store, but Alex stood out with his confidence, clarity, and respectful attitude. He approached the task precisely and efficiently, showing great respect for my time. It’s rare to encounter service that is both highly effective and genuinely customer-focused. I truly appreciate his help and believe that Alex is an excellent example of what quality customer service should look like. Highly recommended!
