It offers internet at up to 900/500 Mbps with unlimited traffic, digital TV with more than 160 channels on every TV in the home, landline phones with unlimited on-net calls, business internet and video surveillance.
Its site listed the EuroBox1000 bundle (internet, TV and landline) at 120 lei a month (as of 26.09.2026), with the contract signed at home. Bills can be paid online, and there is a customer account and a Telegram bot.
EUROTELECOM has nearly two thousand Google reviews with a high rating; customers praise fast, friendly crews, while critical reviews concern dealings with the office and TV reconnection.

Terrible service and unreliable connection. I’ve had constant issues with this internet provider since day one. The connection drops multiple times a day, and the speed is nowhere near what they promised in the contract. Customer support is useless — they either don’t answer, or give the same generic responses every time. I’ve scheduled technician visits twice, and both times they either showed up late or didn’t come at all. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this provider if you want a stable internet connection.

Companie care știe să vorbească de obligațiile clientului dar de al ei puțin o interesează ...nu recomand. Am fost numit spammer angajat dar nici nu știu de cine sunt angajat . Cind o sa ajungă companiile mari in sate o sa muriți ca companie . Sunteți 0 de departe de o stea .
