Very poor quality of signal and lack of stability. Contracted 100 mbit/s but in reality up to 40 mbit/s and only sometimes. Usually 10-20 mbit/s with many times interrupted signal or no transfers. Trying to watch something on Youtube is frustrating. Sometimes for 10-15 min low speed but stable and sudenly no transfers, pausa or super slow speed below 100 kbit/s. They recommended to buy own router because the one which they provide is not good and stable at all. So this is how looks customer support in XXI century ???

Ce se întîmplă cu StarNet? Vreau sa las aici un feedback in adresa domnisoarei de la filiala Mircea cel Batrin. La etapa de reziliere a contractului in cont era un avans de ~ 1200 lei, despre care ea foarte staruitor a evitat sa mentioneze, abia la iesire mi-am dat seama ca banii au ramas in cont. Domnisoara, evident, a gasit relevant sa acuze sistema, precum ca suma nu se afiseaza, dar n-avea nicio remuscare si nici surprinsa n-a fost ca i-a scapat din vedere. Banii i-a întors. Scuze nu si-a cerut. Eu nu cred ca a facut rezilierea fără a vedea banii. Ați angajat doar mincinoși in companie. Știu ca n-o să se ia măsuri, las aici sa vada oamenii.
