I am extremely disappointed by my recent experience at the Orange shop in Moldova. I visited the store to purchase an accessory for my car, but instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met with an arrogant and disrespectful attitude from the employee, Florentina Mazur. When I explained that I did not have my original ID with me but had a photo of it, and politely asked why I could not use my loyalty points despite being an Orange customer for more than 20 years, her reaction was completely inappropriate. She laughed mockingly and treated my questions with visible disrespect. As a loyal customer who has been paying for Orange services for over two decades, I expected courtesy, professionalism, and a willingness to help. Instead, I left the store feeling embarrassed and frustrated. Customer service representatives are the face of a company, and interactions like this seriously damage the trust and loyalty that customers have built over many years. I sincerely hope Orange will address this matter and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity.
