Fully disappointed. The staff is so poorly intellectually educated (in particular - a women - shop manager) that I do not understand who works in HR departments. As for their offers. They offered an agreement that they themselves could not read or answer a question about the points of the agreement, and in the end, when they found out that their agreement was too complicated for them, they told me - you can go out. Nice attitude for future client :( As about the marketing - full deception. Do not trust moldcel - I have an a proof: In the advertisement they scream - 50% off if you are coming from another operator. DO NOT TRUST! At the moldcell desk you will find out that this 50% is only for the half of the agreement term and another half you must pay 30% off. But this is not all. They are saying 30% but in agreement is written 27.4% (not in % but in total sum that you will pay in MDL) When I have asked why in all brochures in your office and you are saying to me it is 30% off and in the agreement is 27.4%. Can you imagine their answer? It is a not big difference - just few lei (leu is local currency) I definitely advise you - beware of this company.

Operators at the place have an attitude, do not pay attention to what the customer says. Do not expect respectful service. Prices are exaggerated, no loyalty system, bad variety of telecom packages available. A dying business. You're off better making any request via phone, much better operators there.
