Hello! I visit your store almost every day and I would like to draw your attention to a situation related to the sale of ice. Every time I came to the store, I have never seen 2.5 kg bag ice on the shelf. The only product available is ice by the glass (I attach a photo). However, countless times the employees have brought me 2.5 kg ice from the warehouse, so I know that this product exists. This evening I again asked an employee to bring me ice from the warehouse. The answer I received was rude and disrespectful, telling me categorically that there was no ice. When I explained that until now it had been brought to me from the warehouse every time, there was no attempt to check the situation or help me. I was left with the impression that she did not even try to find out if the product was available. It is all the more unpleasant that I had come to the store to buy premium alcohol and other products. Because of this attitude, I left my shopping cart and left. Please explain to me: * why the 2.5 kg bag of ice, which is part of the store's assortment, is almost never displayed on the shelf; * why customers always have to ask the staff to bring it from the warehouse; * and why the staff allows themselves such disrespectful behavior towards customers, instead of trying to resolve the situation. I hope you will analyze this situation and take the necessary measures.

Not so big market, but it's ok for doing groceries. Also there are lines for paying without cashier.

Poor overall buying experience. Cheap stuff overpriced. Bad higher management - everything is just not working properly. Automated cash desks always broken. Few cashiers.
