I don't know why people even wrote bad reviews here, staff is extremely helpful, 0 prejudice, 0 complication, they help you as much as they can. The best consulate experience you will ever have really. Never seen such helpful consulate staff in any EU member csonsulate. They should make the Bulgarian hospitality standard in all EU. Be like Bulgaria.

Atitudinea față de vizitatori este foarte proastă. Programul lor de lucru este de la 9 la 11. Am ajuns la 10 și mi s-a spus că consulul este ocupat și să aștept 10-15 minute. Consulul a ieșit în cele din urmă la 10:55 și a spus că nu ne va primi pentru că se grăbește. Nici măcar nu sunt bănci afară; toți vizitatorii stau în picioare.

Невозможно дозвониться Звоню как и сказали с 14:00 до 16:00, Гудки идут, но никто не будет трубку, потом резко занято. Через какое-то время опять много раз при звонках идут гудки, но опять никто не отвечает и конечно же потом опять занято. Мне кажется, что они трубку просто снимают и у них всегда занято.
