I don't know why people even wrote bad reviews here, staff is extremely helpful, 0 prejudice, 0 complication, they help you as much as they can. The best consulate experience you will ever have really. Never seen such helpful consulate staff in any EU member csonsulate. They should make the Bulgarian hospitality standard in all EU.
