City Hall and district offices in Trușeni
Trușeni City Hall is the local authority of the Trușeni commune within Chișinău municipality, covering the villages of Trușeni and Dumbrava north-west of the capital. Together with the local council it manages the commune budget, public property, roads and general upkeep, and local institutions such as the house of culture, village museum, library, schools and kindergartens.
Residents come here for certificates and official statements, land matters, building permits, local taxes, kindergarten enrolment, and for information on municipal services such as waste collection and public transport. Announcements about these services, including when to sign waste collection contracts, are published on the city hall website.

Incompetent service topped with unfathomable bullying attitude. After being ignored to my face by a lady that looked like a prison guard rather than a municipal worker, I was rudely called in and immediately spoken to, as if, I am a local thug and not someone they’re supposed to serve. When I decided that enough is enough and asked something in the lines of “why are you talking to me in such a manner? I came here to ask you for help navigating paying my municipal taxes, and am treated like I killed someone!”. The response to that was, and I quote: “I am not here to help anyone.” Need I say more?… municipality of Chisinau and comuna Truseni needs to stop treating it, as a favor, providing services to their citizens and start realizing that they are indeed there to serve and help people. Absolutely horrible experience, and the elders that do not have neither the energy, nor the time to fight back are just enduring this bullying in hopes of, at least, resolving their inquiry. Disgraceful.

Era scris pe pagina oficiala a Primăriei Truseni, ca sâmbătă, 01.08.2026, de la 10:00 până la 15:00 vor fi reprezentanți Regiei Autosalubritate pentru a întocmi contract de prestări servicii si ca e ultima zi. Azi pe 01.08., la ora 12:00, apoi la 13:20 si la 13:40, ușa Primăriei este închisă. Mulțumesc pentru încă o dezinformare🙂

In 2020, in aprilie am rezolvat problemele cu administratia locala destul de rapid. Personal receptiv, daca formulezi intrebarile corect. Nu neg ca mai e necesar de lucrat la imaginea Primariei Truseni!
