The National Agency for Solving Complaints (ANSC), now named the National Authority for Solving Complaints on its official website, is the independent body that examines complaints in public procurement. It checks whether contracting authorities have followed the law in their tender procedures and decisions.
Its users are companies bidding in public tenders that believe their rights have been breached: challenges to tender documents, award results or other acts of a contracting authority. Complaints can be filed online, and the website publishes the hearing schedule, complaints under review and decisions, including those suspending procedures.
