DeFacto
Clothing and footwear store in Buiucani, Chișinău
DeFacto is a Turkish clothing brand for women, men and children, and the shop at Calea Ieșilor 8 is one of the chain's stores in Chișinău. It carries everyday and casual wear, the kids' lines Baby and COOOL and the Fit collection, so the whole family can shop in one place.
The store is inside Zity Mall in the Buiucani district, next to the Fourchette supermarket and Solaris shopping centre, with the Summer Theatre, the Ion Creangă Pedagogical University and Alunelul public garden nearby.
Ratings are above average. Shoppers praise the wide range and decent quality, and some staff are thanked for searching the stockroom for the right size. The most common complaints concern the attitude of some employees and friction over returns, including slow refunds.
DeFacto has no online shop of its own in Moldova, so items are chosen in store. If you are after a specific size or colour, call ahead to check availability, and keep the receipt and tags in case you need to return something.
