VeloSport

VeloSport sells bicycles and electric transport from its shop on Mircea cel Bătrîn Boulevard 32/11 in the Ciocana district of Chișinău. The range covers adult and children's bicycles, electric transport, kick and electric scooters, trikes, accessories and parts, with an in-house repair and maintenance workshop. The shop runs a trade-in programme for swapping an old bike and offers instalment financing and delivery on larger orders. The catalogue is on velosport.md, and the company is on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, with locations in Chișinău and Bălți.

Customer ratings are above average, with mixed experiences. Many reviews praise the fast, effective repairs, the clear advice when choosing kit and the price-to-quality ratio, and several customers note that issues were resolved even long after purchase. Complaints concern after-sales support: repeated delays on repairs, a dispute over the warranty on a children's scooter and, at times, a tone perceived as arrogant. It is worth agreeing a firm turnaround up front and keeping proof of warranty.
