Baby-Boom
Children's goods in Buiucani, Chișinău
The Baby-Boom store at 10 Calea Ieșilor in Buiucani belongs to a chain of the same name with several branches across Moldova and an online shop, catering to children and expectant mothers alike.
The range covers baby food — formula, porridges, purees and snacks — nappies and hygiene products, prams and car seats, nursery furniture, toys and clothing. The website gives special attention to products for mums: hospital bags, breastfeeding accessories, pregnancy pillows and support belts. Many items can be bought on credit.
Customers rate the store positively, praising the wide choice for children of all ages and consultants who know the products well. Complaints mention passive staff on some days, no ramp for prams and, above all, problems with online orders — a different price on delivery or cancelled orders — so it is worth confirming the price and delivery terms before paying.
Online orders go through baby-boom.md; the branch’s contact details are in the listing.
