Euroterm

Euroterm Group sells heating and climate-control equipment, and its catalogue also covers a wide range of household appliances. The showroom is at 4/10 Mihai Sadoveanu Street in Ciocana.

On its website the company presents itself as a one-stop partner for heating and home appliances: gas, electric and solid-fuel boilers, radiators, underfloor heating, water heaters, heat pumps and air conditioners, plus cookers, fridges, washing machines, built-in appliances and small kitchen gadgets. Brands include Vaillant, Protherm, Tesy, Kaiser and Computherm. Euroterm has its own installation team and service centre, delivers nationwide and offers credit.

Overall, customers are very satisfied, citing the wide choice, prices without heavy mark-ups and tidy installation work. Complaints mostly concern the service centre, where reception staff are described as unfriendly, and a few warranty disputes. It is worth agreeing up front who will connect a boiler and what the warranty covers.

The catalogue and online ordering are at euroterm.md; contact details are in the listing.
