Sirexton

Sirexton is a hearing centre at 59 Strada 31 August 1989 in central Chișinău. Visitors can have a hearing test (audiogram) in a soundproof booth and then get hearing aids selected and fitted; several models can be tried before buying, including small aids that are barely visible. The centre also supplies consumables such as hearing-aid batteries.

Customers are highly satisfied. The recurring theme in reviews is the staff’s patience: patients, many of them older people, say everything is explained calmly and their concerns are taken seriously. The friendly reception is praised too, and several people thank a staff member named Galina personally. One practical note: the centre is often busy, so booking ahead makes the visit easier.
