Clinica Oftalmologică MCI (MedClinic International) is a private clinic devoted entirely to eyes at 7 Serghei Lazo Street in the Centru district, with its own operating theatre. It treats adults and children and is, by rating, one of the city's best-regarded eye clinics.
It offers digital diagnostics and OCT, cataract surgery with premium and bifocal lenses, Trans-PRK laser vision correction, retinopathy treatment including diabetic cases with intravitreal injections, surgical strabismus correction, IPL therapy for dry eye and transconjunctival blepharoplasty. Book online via the Sophtha platform or by phone; the website is in Romanian and Russian.
Clients are very satisfied: reviews praise doctors who explain the problem clearly, emergency help for children, the IPL procedure and the fact that whole families keep coming back; one remark concerns the comfort of a consultation with a small child. The clinic is active on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
