Acvila-Sport
Sports store in Buiucani, Chișinău
Acvila-Sport sells sports equipment and accessories from its store on Bucuriei Street 5, in Buiucani, and through the online shop acvilasport.md. The range covers team sports (football, basketball, volleyball, handball, table tennis, tennis, badminton), fitness and gymnastics — dumbbells, barbells, mats, medicine balls, treadmills and multi-gyms — martial arts gear for boxing, judo, karate and taekwondo, and board games from chess to backgammon. Awards are a separate line: cups, medals, statuettes and diplomas for competitions and events. Brands on offer include Kelme, Mikasa, Cosco, Gala, HMS and Eleiko.
Customers are highly satisfied. They mention good value for money, a friendly team and fast turnaround on trophies and diplomas, sometimes ready the next day. The main complaints concern opening hours — some visitors found the shop closed earlier than listed — and occasional waiting before being served. Items can be ordered online; if you are travelling across town, call ahead to check availability.
