Andiva
HR & Recruitment in Râșcani, Chișinău
Andiva is an agency for jobs abroad with an office at 81/1 Ismail St in the Râșcani sector. Operating since 2006, it focuses on Moldovans looking for work in Europe; the website lists vacancies, urgent offers and practical information about leaving to work abroad.
The agency says it trains its recruiters in an in-house school. Reviews praise clear consultations, a respectful manner and detailed answers to every question; you can leave a request on the website and a manager calls back.
Clients are very satisfied. Still, some clients complain that the job or accommodation abroad did not match the description, that the vacancy discussed was no longer available at the office, or that departure was postponed at the last minute. It is worth asking for a copy of the contract before paying.
