Ca să fiu sincer, nu mi-a plăcut. Am așteptat 40 de minute pentru un döner care putea fi făcut în 10.

Этот отзыв будет о том, что накипело. Стараюсь не оставлять негативные отзывы, так как прекрасно понимаю, что бывают разные ситуации. Но сейчас хочу поделиться впечатлениями. Чистота: мне очень интересно, почему уборщица моет половую тряпку, которой она убирает пол в туалете, тут же в раковине??? Вы не можете купить человеку ведро? Обслуживание. Я прихожу часто во время обеда, когда в связи с локацией, здесь большой наплыв и я прекрасно понимаю, что мест может не быть. Сегодня зашла и вижу резерв двух столов: один на двух человек, другой на 4. Эти столы приставлены друг к другу. Подзываю официанта (Иван), чтобы узнать на какое время резерв, так как мне на обед нужно 30 минут. Официант отказывается сказать на какое время и предлагает сесть за свободный столик на проходе. Я все понимаю, но сидеть в час пик в таком месте не очень приятно. Тем более, когда есть свободное место. Прошу позвать администратора. Человек отсылает меня к бармену и говорит, что она же администратор и зовут ее Вика. На админе бейджик Валерия. На вопрос, кто администратор, она говорит Ольга. На мой вопрос, почему официант соврал, она начинает выкручиваться и говорить, что это не ее бейджик, но она не Ольга. Не хочу больше писать. Впечатления испорчены. Обедать ушла в Остерию. Тут зама не хуже. А вы разберитесь, кто у вас администратор, бармен и все остальные, и кто и за что отвечает

Prima și ultima dată în acest loc! Personalul nu poate ține pasul cu curățenia. Mie și soției mele nu ni s-a permis să stăm la masa de lângă fereastră pentru că se presupunea că era pentru patru persoane și ni s-a oferit un loc pentru două persoane într-un colț întunecat! (( Așteptarea chelnerului a fost, de asemenea, lentă! (( Acest loc este mai potrivit pentru o badyga decât pentru o pizzerie! Sunt foarte dezamăgit de politicile conducerii și de „serviciu”! Mi-a fost distrusă starea de spirit! Nu îl recomand! Respectă-te mai mult decât pentru pizza!!! ((
