Customers rate the service positively: good reviews speak of fast, quality work, with the car 'clean as from the showroom'. The complaints, however, are serious and come from different years: waiting far longer than promised, employees smoking in the customer's car, unsuitable cloths used for wiping and, in two reviews, intoxicated staff and threats in response to remarks.
