Auto parts in Râșcani, Chișinău
AutoDoctor (the company „GBS” SRL) at 20/2 Calea Orheiului Street in the Râșcani district is one of Moldova's largest car-parts distributors, with its own service centre at the same address. The company has operated since 1995 and has branches in Chișinău and other towns in the country.
The warehouse covers hundreds of thousands of items from more than two hundred brands, searchable by car or VIN code: spare parts, oils and technical fluids, tyres and wheels, batteries, auto glass and body panels. The service centre has several dozen repair bays and a separate area for automatic gearboxes; it handles scheduled maintenance, computer diagnostics, engine, suspension and brake-system repair and auto-electrical work. AutoDoctor is an authorised service for Opel, Peugeot, GWM, Haval, BAIC, Chery and GAC, with warranty and post-warranty repairs. Orders can be placed online, with delivery nationwide.
Customer opinions are divided: the wide parts range and the chance to find a rare item quickly are appreciated, but many recent reviews complain about the quality of some parts, waiting at the counter and communication with the staff.

Nimeni nu vrea să lucreze. Femeile de la casă stau acolo cu expresii nemulțumite și pufnesc, ca și cum cineva ar încerca să-și ia piese din buzunarele personale. Nu am reușit să-mi ridic comanda plătită de două zile. Instruiți-vă angajații în ceea ce privește serviciul clienți!

Am procurat amortizoare si lustre Monroe la toyota yaris. Au rezistat lustrele exact 2 zile, dupa care au inceput sa cartie lustrele cand invirt volanul. Calitate la piese “-5” vand piese neoriginale cu pretext de originale. Nu ofera garantie reala. Prima si ultima data in viata am procurat de la ei ceva. Ce fel de garantie este asta de o luna de zile?!, daca instalezi in service auto autorizat. Eu am procurat piese auto de pe “Alibaba” si am avut garantie reala si mai mare perioada de timp.

Foarte greu lucrează, ca să aștepți o piesă necesită să pierzi 30 min. În așteptare, lucrători mulți dar nu se mișcă deloc.
