I had a great experience getting earlobe piercings here. The whole appointment took less than 20 minutes, but I never felt rushed. The piercer was professional, explained every step, and paid close attention to hygiene and sterility, which made me feel completely at ease. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer all my questions. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. A very professional studio! They move forward by carefully evaluating every single step from the very beginning of the process. Coming from a foreign country didn’t matter at all; I was able to communicate smoothly in English. Cleanliness and hygiene were my top priorities, and they definitely paid great attention to them. Big thanks to Alexandru, who did my tattoo. My cover-up tattoo turned out amazing!

I had a great experience at this piercing shop. The staff are very friendly, professional, and welcoming, especially for foreigners or English-speaking visitors. They make you feel comfortable, explain everything clearly, and keep the process clean and easy. Natalia was especially amazing. She was kind, patient, and very good at what she does.
