Esso-Mobil
Auto service in Codru
Esso-Mobil is a workshop on the M3 highway in the Codru area, by the south-western exit from Chișinău.
It does wheel alignment — the job it is most often sought out for — suspension and brake-system repair, diagnostics, oil and filter changes and engine repair. The company has no website, and booking and prices are discussed by phone.
Customer opinions are clearly divided and worth reading before visiting. There are positive reviews for the wheel alignment, quick reception and the quality of the work. However, a significant number of reviews, recent ones included, describe the same pattern: additional faults reported during a simple job, prices considered inflated for both parts and labour and, in one case, used parts being fitted. The practical advice is to ask for a quote before work begins and to keep the parts that were replaced.
