Fortan

Fortan is a manufacturer of vibro-pressed concrete blocks based in the Chișinău municipality, with its plant in the town of Vatra at 92B Ștefan Vodă Street. The company has been on the market for more than fifteen years and produces eight types of block: masonry blocks of 200 and 300 millimetres, partition blocks of 100 and 120 millimetres, and posts and corner blocks for fencing. Production is in-house with quality control at every stage, and delivery goes straight to the site in Chișinău and across Moldova.

Fortan blocks have parallel voids and a porous composition, which gives them thermal and sound insulation, while their precise geometry allows straight walls without extra cost for correction. One block replaces several bricks, so the masonry goes up faster and mortar consumption drops.
