FOTO Express is on the second floor of 26 Pușkin Street, office 200, in Centru — it is a walk up the stairs. Its Google name sums up the offer: photos for documents, visas and the Green Card, printing, photocopying, binding and video tape transfer.

On request the photographer also shoots full-length portraits, and an ID card copy can be made on the same visit. One customer thanks him for seeing her before the usual start of the day when she needed a photo urgently.

Reviews are very positive and largely centre on one person, Mr Igor, described as patient, polite and good at his job. Cleanliness and modest prices are mentioned too. On the other hand, two visitors found the office shut or got a curt “I'm busy” with no idea how long the wait would be.
