Labrewtory is an American-owned craft brewery and cidery in Chișinău, brewing since 2017. The line-up includes the „Flying Mamaliga” cream ale, an American Pale Ale, an American Amber Ale, a Brut IPA, an Irish Stout and an apple cider. Beer is poured on tap in the brewery’s taproom and sold in bottles, with delivery through Glovo and Straus.
The taproom is at 77 Muncești Road in the Botanica district. There is no kitchen on site, so guests bring their own food or order in, and the terrace has grills available. Customers are highly satisfied, highlighting fresh, flavourful beer in several styles, a welcoming atmosphere where whole families come along, and a terrace that suits a small barbecue.
