Niagara is a great name for this perfect aqua world. The center offers a wide variety of pools, showers, and saunas, creating a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. I especially enjoy the cappuccino and the cuisine. The facility is well managed, thanks to the competent management team.

Have a great experience with this fitness club. They have really great team to assist with your performance, want to mention Gleb as a swim coach, progress at the third class and Natalia as a gym coach, careful guidance when performing exercises.

I signed up my kids for 2 months. Unfortunately it was a torture to bring them there because apparently there is not much going on in the summer ( exept for outrageous expensive camps). I reached out to the manager and explained that my kids don't want to come and I asked for my money back. There are very few kids coming in the summer so that means my kids would have to train only with the coach. What was supposed to be a fun and enjoyable experience, turned out a torture. The manager ( Corina) promised to speak with her boss and make sure I wouldn't be charged a 30 % fee because it was such a short period of time. I forgot to mention that she has never shown me the contact before. And when I came to request a refund, she promised that she will not charge me a fee, just so I can sign the contract. Later on she called me back and stated that they will charge the fee and she will return me only some " pennies ". I ended up paying 500 € for kids to play in the pool. Extremely rude lady, never apologized, lied that I can use the outdoor pool, lied about the fun activities for kids. I was expecting for her boss to reach out with an apology for how poorly she handled the situation. Very poor customer service. ** Also their towels smell horrible. It isn't a good value for the price.
