Prince Kebab is a fast-food outlet at 34/1 Hîncești highway in the Telecentru district, in the Dokuceaev area. It works with two kinds of meat — chicken and beef — served in flatbread with fries on the side, house sauces and ayran; meat-free options are available, and hookah is served in the dining room. There is no website of its own: orders are placed on site, by phone or for delivery across the city, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
Google reviews show that customers rate the service positively. Three themes recur: a kebab packed with meat, vegetables and sauce, described as juicy and well seasoned; the sauces, seen as the kitchen's strong point; and the fries, properly cooked and not greasy. Orders are prepared quickly, and the takeaway packaging is praised separately. There are fewer complaints, but they are specific: one guest got a burnt-tasting hookah twice, and a foreign visitor describes an order that went wrong — he asked for lamb and no potatoes, received chicken, and the tea he ordered was swapped for another. If you have special requests, confirm them before the order goes to the kitchen.

Food & tea quality is awesome. The personal is emotionally friendly. However, it feels there is a communication barrier (when order was made in Romanian): - ordered Kebab without potatoes & with ram (sheep) meat - Good: got no potatoes - Not good: chicken was served - the weight/value of meat was not added - ordered 1 green and one black tea: Good: got one black tea Not good: got another tea black instead of green as ordered Note: in both cases the person taking the order has nodded that order was received and understood, which was a false suggestion of understanding and false overconfidence... Service suggestion: make sure that the personnel gets - Strategic: 1. a proper language training both in Romanian & Russian main speaking languages in this country. - Tactic: 2. train your personal to be assertive to repeat what they understood from the client, so client can assert and correct the order 3. until they learn the language use paper menus where the client can build their order pointing to the items to be ordered. Atmosphere notice: the lights are too bright and place doesn't feel cozy. I wish great success, peace, joy and plenty of clients. I'll be back to review how things changed without prior notice.
